Since its inception in 2019, The Caring Family Foundation (TCFF) has been dedicated to supporting women, children, and rainforest communities through targeted initiatives addressing child poverty, domestic abuse, and deforestation in the Amazon. Founded by Richard and Patricia Caring, the foundation emerged as a response to the global challenges highlighted during the COVID-19 pandemic, with a mission to create meaningful change through direct action. Over the past five years, TCFF has planted over 2 million trees, distributed more than 2 million meals, and provided 20,000 domestic abuse services in the UK and Brazil.

TCFF’s work extends beyond reforestation, focusing on uplifting Indigenous communities whose stewardship is vital for preserving the Amazon. By funding education, healthcare, and sustainable development projects like the Forest Doctors programme, the foundation empowers locals to thrive while protecting their land. Looking ahead, TCFF plans to deepen its support for female empowerment, expand educational initiatives, and unite the hospitality industry in a collective effort to amplify their impact for future generations.
